I am going to have a hello kitty halloween themed birthday party for my daughter, any ideas on decorations?

   Hmm…It depends where you live, but there are actual hello kitty stores, which would be perfect.

   If you’re particularly crafty, I suggest:

   Baking a cake and decorating it to look like HK’s head. You can draw a spider in her bow with some gel icing. If you opt to make a cake looking like her whole body, you can give her a Halloween costume and candy bag.

   Also, use party streamers (a kid’s party must) in Halloween colors.

   If you enjoy creating art with glitter, you can make pumpkin-shaped HK heads out of construction paper and cardboard and outline them in glitter, to use as a wall decoration, or make them double sided so they can hang from the ceiling.

   You can also do a spin on the HK candy (lollipops and wrapped candies) by adding in candy corn, cute spider lollipops, etc.

   But don’t forget the glitter!!!

   Target usually has some hello kitty items in the dollar section, so those would make good cheap party favors. You can also try party city they usually carry hello kitty themed decorations, paper plates, etc (and i think target does also). Finally, maybe get some hello kitty stuffed animals and just dress them up with witch hats and what not to complete your decorations i love hello kitty! you’re daughter is so lucky.
