stick some toilet paper to your shoe or hang it out the back of your skirt
you got to have toilet paper stuck to your shoe, and some fake vomit on the shirt would be a nice touch:)
big gaudy jewelry…and what about a purse you can sling around ….. put runs in your hoisery…i would say break a heel, but then you’ll look tacky.

Your costume sounds pretty complete as it is–more so by end of night with all the wine coolers. Could carry a toilet lid around and pretend to barf randomly.
don’t forget to keep yelling “i am sooo drunk!” every 20 minutes or so.
I definitely agree with the fake vomit and toilet paper hanging from the shoe. Buy a pair of cheap high heels so they wobble naturally and you don’t have to act [but don't do this if you think you're going to fall lol]
Make sure to have drink stains on your t-shirt and smudge your mascara =]

Get some high heels (cheap ones) and break one of the heels off. haha That’d add a touch! OH and make some big X’s on your hands with a permanent marker! =0p
wear a broken heeled shoe and have your hair messed up.
I LOVE the vomit on the shirt idea….. I would say put some oatmeal mixed with some other things on the shirt the night before to ‘cake’ it on. The toliet seat would be a great touch, but a pain to carry around!
And DON”T FORGET to go around especially to people you don’t know, sit next to one, throw your arm around them, lean in to the people he/she is talking to and laugh as tho you are all Best of Friends!
I’d suggest carrying high heels over your shoulder. The biggest sign of “DRUNK GIRL” to me is seeing a woman with heels too high for her that she has abandoned and thrown carelessly over her shoulder, precariously balanced on a finger. Costume shoes will definitely make the outfit.
